Role Description The Insurance Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Markaz Sohag, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for promoting and selling life, health, and other insurance products, identifying customer needs, and recommending suitable coverage options. Daily activities include meeting with prospective and existing clients, explaining policy features and benefits, preparing personalized proposals, and handling inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. The Insurance Sales Specialist also collaborates with internal teams and external partners, maintains accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and stays informed about product updates, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Achieving sales targets, building long-term relationships, and providing ongoing policy servicing are key components of this position.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales and Insurance skills, with a proven ability to understand and match products to customer needs.
* Candidates should possess Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance skills to advise on diverse coverage options and navigate multiple providers when applicable.
* Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to manage client concerns professionally.
* Relevant skills such as basic financial literacy, negotiation, and relationship-building are beneficial.
* Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or related fields is preferred, along with familiarity with the Egyptian insurance market.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related discipline is advantageous.
* Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and meet defined performance and compliance standards.
