Manage and oversee the full HR operations function, including personnel, payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, employee files, contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.

Handle Saudi back-office HR operations and coordinate employee-related processes in line with Saudi labor requirements and company policies.

Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations across the organization.

Manage employee relations matters, support disciplinary actions, investigations, and grievance handling when required.

Maintain accurate and updated employee records, HR reports, organizational charts, and manpower data.

Coordinate with finance and management regarding payroll, benefits, deductions, and employee-related payments.

Support recruitment operations when needed, including hiring documentation, offers, onboarding, and joining formalities.

Monitor attendance, vacations, penalties, overtime, and related HR operational matters.

Ensure compliance with labor law requirements, social insurance, medical insurance, and other employee-related obligations.

Work closely with department heads and project teams to support workforce planning and HR operational needs.

Prepare regular HR reports and analysis for management regarding headcount, turnover, attendance, payroll, and employee status.

Support HR system implementation, data accuracy, process improvement, and automation of HR operations.

Coordinate with external parties, government entities, and service providers when required.

Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in handling all employee and HR-related information.

Minimum 10+ years of relevant HR experience, with strong experience in HR operations.

Previous experience in a back-office HR role supporting a Saudi company is required.

Experience in real estate and construction industries is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of HR operations, personnel, payroll, employee relations, HR documentation, and compliance.

Familiarity with Saudi labor law and Saudi HR/government platforms is a plus.

Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, contracts, attendance, payroll, leaves, and offboarding.

Excellent reporting, documentation, follow-up, and coordination skills.
