NKN Media is looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our growing team in the UAE.
Key Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in the UAE.

Excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law and employment regulations.

Strong experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.

Hands-on knowledge of UAE employment contracts, visa processing, onboarding, offboarding, and labour compliance.

Ability to independently manage HR functions and ensure compliance with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
We are looking for a professional who can take ownership of HR operations, strengthen our HR processes, and support the continued growth of NKN Media.
