Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, working closely with leadership and teams to align people strategies with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising managers on workforce planning, performance management, and organizational design, as well as supporting employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, development, and internal mobility. The role will manage employee relations issues, ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, and contribute to HR programs that foster engagement, inclusion, and retention. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on talent initiatives, change management, and culture-building activities that support Consultants Valley’s growth and transformation agenda. This role also involves analyzing HR data, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong HR business partnering capabilities, including experience in performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Proficiency in core HR operations such as recruitment support, onboarding, compensation and benefits coordination, and policy implementation.
- Skills in stakeholder management, coaching, and advisory support to guide leaders and team members through change and growth.
- Ability to use HR analytics and reporting tools to interpret data, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance practices in Egypt, with experience in an international or regional organization considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills, with a collaborative and inclusive working style.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
- Prior experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role, preferably within consulting, technology, or fast-paced transformation environments.
