Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct daily HSE inspections throughout the mall.
-Monitor tenants, restaurants, contractors, and FM service providers.
-Follow up on fire alarm and firefighting systems, emergency exits, fire doors, and extinguishers.
-Monitor restaurant safety requirements, including kitchen hood cleaning and ANSUL systems.
-Control high-risk activities through the Permit to Work (PTW) system.
-Report and investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.
-Conduct safety induction and toolbox talks.
-Participate in emergency and evacuation drills.
-Prepare HSE reports and follow up on corrective actions.
-Preferred Background: Candidates with previous experience in shopping malls or large commercial facilities will be given preference.
Requirements:
-2–5 years of experience in HSE / Occupational Safety.
-Previous experience in shopping malls, commercial properties, retail, or facility management is highly preferred.
-Good knowledge of Fire & Life Safety systems.
-Experience in Risk Assessment, PTW, Hot Work, Work at Height, LOTO, and contractor safety.
-Ability to conduct HSE inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
-Experience in emergency response, evacuation drills, and incident investigation.Good reporting and communication skills.
-OSHA / NEBOSH or other relevant HSE certifications are preferred.
Ability to work shifts.
