NGR Search Partners is currently recruiting an experienced HR Manager for a major international construction and infrastructure group delivering a significant project in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
The client is a well-established global organisation with a strong track record in large-scale construction, infrastructure and complex international projects. As the project is currently in its start-up phase, they are looking for a hands-on HR professional who can help build the local HR structure from the ground up.

Salary: €95,000–€105,000 gross/year approximately depending on experience can be more.
International project environment
Key Responsibilities
• Establish and implement HR policies, procedures and processes for the project
• Act as the main HR reference point for employees and project management
• Manage employee relations and day-to-day HR matters
• Support recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
• Ensure HR practices are aligned with Dutch employment requirements and local market practices
• Advise managers on performance, employee relations and HR policies
• Coordinate HR administration and employment documentation
• Support the development of the HR function as the project and workforce grow
• Manage and support HR team members where required
• Work closely with local and international stakeholders
Requirements
• Ideally 7 + years of HR experience, although strong candidates with fewer years may also be considered
• Previous HR experience in the Netherlands is essential
• Strong knowledge of the Dutch labour market and employment environment
• Experience implementing or developing HR processes and policies
• Previous team management or coordination experience
• Background in construction, infrastructure, engineering, energy or industrial projects is highly desirable
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• International experience is an advantage
