Role Description
An HR Manager oversees human resources operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, HR policies, and workforce planning while ensuring effective people management, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- * Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, workforce planning, and talent acquisition activities.
- Develop job descriptions, recruitment plans, interview processes, and employee onboarding programs.
- Manage employee records, contracts, personnel documentation, attendance, leave, and HR information.
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, compensation, and employee-related payments.
- Develop and implement performance management, appraisal, career development, and employee recognition programs.
- Manage employee relations, workplace concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Provide guidance to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, employment regulations, company policies, and internal HR controls.
- Develop and maintain employee handbooks, HR policies, procedures, and organizational guidelines.
- Monitor workforce requirements, staffing levels, employee turnover, retention, and workforce costs.
- Develop HR KPIs, reports, workforce analytics, and management updates.
- Coordinate employee training, learning, development, and professional development programs.
- Support organizational development, succession planning, talent management, and workforce optimization initiatives.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, HR service providers, government authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure handling of employee and HR-related information.
- Identify HR risks and implement appropriate measures to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead, supervise, train, and develop HR team members.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, employee engagement, retention, organizational culture, and HR service delivery.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
* Solid experience in human resources management, HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, or a related role.
* Strong experience managing recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, performance management, HR policies, and employee relations.
* Good knowledge of HR practices, employment regulations, labor policies, and workforce management.
* Experience managing HR teams, recruitment budgets, employee records, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
* Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, performance management, training, and talent development.
* Experience with HRIS, HR management systems, payroll systems, ERP, recruitment platforms, or employee management software*.
* Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent employee relations, conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Strong understanding of workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and HR KPIs.
* Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
* Ability to manage multiple HR priorities, projects, employee matters, and deadlines.
* UAE/GCC HR and labor law experience is advantageous.
