Role Description
An HR Assistant / HR Administrator / HR Support Officer provides administrative and operational support for recruitment, employee records, onboarding, HR documentation, and employee services while ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- * Support daily HR administration and employee-related activities.
- Assist with recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, HR files, and documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee information.
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and employee service administration.
- Prepare HR letters, reports, forms, and correspondence.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Respond to employee inquiries and routine HR requests.
- Support training, meetings, employee engagement, and HR activities.
- Assist with performance management and related documentation.
- Coordinate with employees, management, payroll, finance, and other departments.
- Ensure HR records and processes follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Prepare basic HR reports and update workforce data.
- Support improvements to HR administration processes and workflows.
Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
* Relevant experience in HR administration, HR support, or a similar role.
* Good understanding of basic HR processes and employment practices.
* Experience with employee records, recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.
* Strong organizational and administrative skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel*.
* Familiarity with HRIS or payroll systems is advantageous.
* Strong confidentiality and professional handling of employee information.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
* UAE/GCC HR experience and knowledge of UAE labor practices is advantageous.
