Role Purpose
The Head of Human Resources will establish and lead the people agenda for Spiro's Morocco operations. This leader will build the HR function, enable rapid and disciplined workforce growth, strengthen leadership capability, and ensure a compliant, engaging and performance-oriented employee environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business plans into an integrated country people strategy and workforce plan.
- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding across leadership, specialist, corporate and operational positions.
- Establish practical HR policies, governance, employee records and core people processes aligned with local requirements and group standards.
- Advise country leadership on organization design, capability requirements, succession and workforce productivity.
- Own performance management, objective setting, talent reviews, learning priorities and leadership development.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and labor-law compliance with consistency and sound judgement.
- Guide compensation, benefits and reward practices to support internal equity, market competitiveness and affordability.
- Build a credible HR team and create a culture of accountability, inclusion, safety and employee engagement.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Typically 10-15 years of broad HR experience, including senior HR leadership.
- Demonstrated experience building HR operations in a fast-growing or developing organization.
- Strong talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development and stakeholder-management capability.
- Knowledge of the Morocco labor environment and/or experience in African markets is highly advantageous.
- Fluent French is strongly preferred; business English capability is advantageous.
