- Lead the end-to-end standalone and consolidated financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS), IFRS requirements and applicable tax regulations.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly reporting packages in line with Group reporting deadlines, ensuring timely and reliable information for executive management and shareholders.
- Coordinate financial reporting activities across Group subsidiaries and streamline reporting structures to improve transparency, consistency and timeliness.
- Prepare quarterly business results (QBR), including completed-project performance, actual-versus-budget variance analysis, key drivers and follow-up of corrective actions.
- Participate in annual budgeting and financial forecasting, including cash flow projections and changes in equity, in coordination with Group departments and entities.
· Develop, implement and maintain effective financial controls aligned with Group Accounting Policies and Procedures.
· Lead and support financial analysis, reporting data review and consolidation activities across the Group.
