About the Opportunity
TalentScript is recruiting on behalf of a Kuwait-based holding company seeking experienced accounting professionals at both Manager and Assistant Manager levels, depending on qualifications and experience.
We are looking for hands-on professionals with strong technical accounting skills and experience managing financial operations across multiple companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and month-end closing.
- Prepare financial statements and consolidated Group reporting in accordance with IFRS.
- Manage statutory audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting policies.
- Support budgeting, cash flow management, and treasury operations.
- Maintain and improve accounting processes and ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
- Coordinate with external auditors, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
- Manager level: 8+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience.
- Assistant Manager level: 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in accounting operations, IFRS, Group consolidation, and statutory audits.
- Experience handling multiple legal entities and intercompany transactions.
- Microsoft Dynamics experience is highly preferred.
- Experience in holding companies, investment companies, family offices, or diversified business groups is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
