Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jbeil, keserwan, Batroun, responsible for managing client relationships and overseeing service delivery for assigned accounts. On a day-to-day basis, this role follows up with clients, responds to inquiries, and ensures that maintenance services meet agreed standards and timelines. The Account Manager coordinates with internal teams to schedule work, track progress, and resolve issues promptly. This role prepares and reviews proposals, quotations, and contracts, and monitors account performance, budgets, and billing to support business growth. The Account Manager also identifies opportunities to expand services, gathers client feedback, and reports regularly to management on account status and improvement initiatives.
