Roles & Responsibilities
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives, gather requirements, and identify business needs.
• Analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear and structured user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and accurately implemented.
• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, dependencies, and potential risks throughout the development process.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirements prioritization.
• Validate developed features against approved requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Manage change requests, maintain requirements traceability, and ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date.
• Support product demonstrations, release validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst within a software development environment.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and collaboration with cross-functional development teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is an advantage.
