STARCO Holding is excited to announce a new opening within our retail group in Lebanon! We are expanding our team and looking for strong retail talent to lead one of our premier store locations.
The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Shop Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences for one of our key retail locations in Lebanon.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Commercial Strategy: Meet sales KPIs, analyze performance data, manage inventory, and minimize shrinkage.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and coach a high-performing sales team.
- Store Operations: Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage cash/reporting, and handle customer feedback professionally.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 3–5 years in retail management (fashion or related sectors preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, commercial acumen, and proficiency in MS Office & POS systems.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
- Location & Availability: Authorized to work in Lebanon with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
