About us
Eid Travel is an IATA-accredited travel and tourism company, founded in 1991 and based in Antelias (Main Street, Byblos Bank Building, 3rd Floor). We serve travel agency partners and direct customers, and we’re looking for recent graduates who want to build a career in the travel industry. You don’t need prior experience. We’ll train you on Amadeus, fares and ticketing from the ground up.
The role
You’ll handle reservations and ticketing for our customers by phone and in person. The goal is accurate, fast, friendly service that keeps customers coming back and helps the team reach its annual targets.
What you’ll do
- Answer calls and handle booking requests from agency partners and direct customers
- Build reservations, quote correct fares and issue tickets on Amadeus
- Process refunds, reissues and exchanges, first under supervision and then on your own
- Support the team with IATA and BSP tasks
- Keep the customer database accurate and up to date
What we’re looking for
- A university degree completed in 2025 or 2026, in tourism, hospitality, business or a related field
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic; French is a plus
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Basic Amadeus or GDS training from university is a plus, but not required
- A service mindset, clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
