Store Supervisor – CrossFit Sportswear
CrossFit Sportswear is looking for a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead the sales team, and ensure an excellent customer experience at Branch Jnah.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise daily store operations.
-Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
-Deliver outstanding customer service.
-Monitor staff performance and attendance.
-Manage inventory and visual merchandising.
-Ensure accurate cash handling and store compliance.
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Sales-driven with excellent organizational abilities.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience in sportswear or fashion retail is a plus.
