Role: Registered Nurse in Women’s Services
Responsibilities:
- * Provide compassionate care to women and newborns in a community hospital setting.
- Deliver antepartum, labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.
- Perform assessments and monitor maternal and fetal health.
- Respond to changing clinical conditions promptly.
- Administer medications and IV therapies safely.
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Educate families on childbirth, postpartum, and newborn care.
- Ensure accurate Electronic Medical Record documentation.
- Uphold safety, quality, and patient-centered standards of care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- * Current Registered Nurse license.
- Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills.
- Ability to respond effectively in dynamic situations.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Knowledge of EMR documentation and safety protocols.
