About the Role:
As a Junior Technical Designer, you’ll work closely with experienced team members to develop clear, well-structured drawings that communicate how things are built or made. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their careers who are eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and revise 2D and 3D technical drawings based on design briefs and specifications
• Manage projects from initial drawings through to production and final delivery (including carpentry, painting, assembly, and installation)
• Assist in maintaining drawing libraries and file organization
• Ensure designs meet production standards and accuracy requirements
• Collaborate with graphic designers, 3D designers, and the production team for feedback and corrections
• Use software tools such as AutoCAD 2D, AutoCAD 3D.
What We're Looking For:
• 0–2 years of experience in a technical drawing or design role
• Familiarity or basic proficiency with AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design standards
• Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take feedback
• Background in industrial design, architecture, engineering, or a related field (degree or certification preferred but not required)
