Role Description The Travel Ticketing Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut - Ashrafieh. The agent is responsible for handling air ticket reservations, issuing, reissuing and refunding tickets, and managing booking changes in accordance with airline policies.
Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, recommending travel itineraries. The role involves working with reservation and GDS systems, verifying travel documents, and ensuring all bookings are accurate and compliant. Compare carrier prices and supplier options to find the best value and schedule for clients.
The agent is expected to provide courteous, efficient service, resolve customer issues, and support sales targets while maintaining detailed records of all transactions.
