Role Description The Director role at Rockline Tech Champ is a full-time, on-site position based in Palus. The Director will oversee overall business operations, including strategic planning, client relationship management, and performance oversight for recruitment and staffing services. This role includes leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, setting targets, and ensuring service quality, compliance, and timely delivery across all service lines. The Director will collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs, guide the development of tailored solutions, and drive business growth through new customer acquisition and retention. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing processes, reporting on key metrics, and representing the organization in high-level meetings and industry forums.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, with experience in directing multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management abilities within staffing, recruitment, or related services.
- Experience in operations management, including process optimization, performance tracking, and delivery of high-quality, timely services.
- Solid understanding of payroll, compliance, and HR practices relevant to IT staffing, contract-to-hire, and permanent recruitment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency in using recruitment, CRM, and productivity tools; familiarity with metrics-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a senior leadership role in IT staffing, recruitment, or professional services, preferably within the Indian market.
- Ability to work on-site in Palus, with readiness to travel to client locations as needed.
