Hays have partnered with a large Holding Group who are seeking a Group FP&A Manager to join their team in Jeddah.
The FP&A Manager will lead the Group's financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and management reporting agenda. The role acts as a key strategic partner to the CFO and senior management, providing forward looking financial insights, challenging business performance, and supporting key strategic and investment decisions across the Group.
You will also provide leadership and direction to subsidiary finance teams on FP&A matters, drive consistency in financial planning and reporting, and ensure management has clear visibility of the Group's financial performance, outlook, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements to apply:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional qualification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA is essential.
- 10+ years progressive experience with at last 3 years in a management or leadership role
- Proven experience in FP&A, corporate finance, performance management, or business finance, ideally within a large Group, holding company, or multinational environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with strong experience in ERP, EPM, planning, and BI systems.
- Fluent Arabic and English speaker is key.
