Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Senior Field Service & After-Sales Engineer to handle the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial packaging machinery while providing high-quality technical support to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain packaging, weighing, and inspection equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
- Train customers on machine operation and maintenance.
- Handle spare-parts requirements and after-sales activities.
- Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
- Support preventive maintenance and remote troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance or servicing.
- Packaging machinery experience is highly preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to travel across Egypt and abroad.
