Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Agent role for the UAE project, located in Cairo, Egypt, for English-speaking candidates. The Telesales Agent will make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote products and services, handle inquiries, and convert leads into sales while following approved scripts and guidelines. Daily responsibilities include explaining service features and benefits, addressing customer questions, identifying needs, and offering appropriate solutions. The role involves updating customer information in CRM systems, documenting call outcomes, and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets. The Telesales Agent will also collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to improve call quality, participate in regular training and coaching sessions, and adhere to company policies and quality standards.
