Requirements
Engineering Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including at least 4 years in onshore and offshore projects
Strong experience in E&I inspection activities, including monitoring installation, testing, and commissioning
Proven ability to review ITPs, prepare RFIs, and ensure compliance with project QA/QC requirements
Good knowledge of applicable international codes and standards (ASTM, IEEE, IEC, etc.)
Hands-on experience with IMTE equipment such as Megger, multimeters, insulation testers, clamp meters, calibrators, HART communicators, and pressure testing instruments
Valid COMPEX EX-01 certification (mandatory)
Strong communication, inspection, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
Inspect and monitor electrical and instrumentation works at site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
Witness and verify testing and commissioning activities including loop checks, insulation resistance tests, continuity tests, and functional testing
Review and approve ITPs, RFIs, method statements, and inspection reports
Ensure all E&I activities comply with project QA/QC, HSE, and client requirements
Verify calibration and proper use of IMTE instruments
Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions
Coordinate with construction teams, engineers, and contractors to resolve inspection issues
Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and quality documentation
