Director of Information Technology - UAE
This is a senior leadership role responsible for the technology strategy, delivery and operations across a large entertainment business, acting as the key link between the business and technology teams.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Owning the technology strategy and investment portfolio across entertainment operations
- Leading major transformation programmes and technology initiatives
- Overseeing customer-facing platforms including ticketing, booking, POS, CRM, loyalty and digital signage
- Driving architecture, systems integration and service operations
- Ensuring technology delivers measurable improvements across customer experience, revenue and operational efficiency
- Working closely with executive leadership and senior business stakeholders
- Leading teams, budgets and multiple technology programmes simultaneously
We’re looking for someone with:
- 15+ years of technology leadership experience
- Strong experience within entertainment, hospitality, retail or other high-volume customer-facing environments
- Proven ownership of enterprise technology portfolios and large transformation programmes
- Strong exposure to customer-facing applications and operational technology
- Experience across enterprise architecture, programme management, applications and IT operations
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and leadership capability
