About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and play an active role in planning and executing marketing initiatives that support FalakCart’s growth.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how marketing works across different channels, can turn ideas into well-executed campaigns, and is comfortable working with data, content, creative teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with creative, content, media buying, and other teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Conduct market and competitor research and identify relevant trends and opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports and insights.
- Track key marketing KPIs and suggest opportunities for improvement.
- Support product launches, promotions, offers, and other marketing initiatives.
- Assist in developing campaign briefs, marketing materials, and communication plans.
- Ensure consistency of FalakCart’s brand messaging across marketing activities.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platforms, and customer behavior.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail, or an agency environment.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and campaign execution.
- Experience with marketing planning, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good understanding of market research and competitor analysis.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams.
- Very Good command of Arabic and English.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
