We're Hiring | Data Architect Lead
Our client, a leading and one of the biggest financial companies (Fintech), is looking for an experienced Data Architect Lead to join its team.
üìç Location: Fifth Settlement, New Cairo, Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data architecture across databases, operational systems, integration, governance, and analytics.
- Define and enforce data architecture standards for security, performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Design and oversee highly available data platforms with robust disaster recovery capabilities.
- Ensure effective data integration across platforms and provide architectural guidance for data and analytics solutions.
- Participate in data governance and architecture committees to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Database Architecture, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in mission-critical and highly available environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Cassandra, MongoDB, Kafka, Spark, Airflow, and related data technologies.
- Strong understanding of High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), RPO/RTO, data security, and governance.
- Excellent architecture governance, solution design, and stakeholder management skills.
