Job Responsibilities:
Regulatory & Contractual Compliance: Act as the primary liaison between Country Sourcing, Category Management, Legal, and vendors to ensure all agreements fully comply with Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) regulations, local laws, and internal governance frameworks.
End-to-End Contract Ownership: Take full ownership of commercial, financial, technology, and risk-compliance contracts—ensuring alignment with local statutory frameworks and risk-mitigation standards.
Vendor Performance & Risk Management: Monitor supplier performance, manage contractual issues, and support performance improvement plans while safeguarding the organization against operational and financial risks.
Governance & Reporting: Maintain robust oversight of contract portfolios, tracking budget values and obligations to prevent overspend and ensure audit-ready documentation for regulatory reviews.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (in Law or relevant field) with 5+ years of contract management experience, ideally within the banking or financial services sector in Egypt.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong foundation of Egyptian banking regulations, CBE compliance guidelines, and local contracting practices.
