Community Manager | La Hacienda Ras Sudr
La Hacienda Ras Sudr is looking for an experienced Community Manager to lead the homeowner experience across one of Egypt’s leading coastal destinations.
This is a senior on-site role responsible for post-delivery homeowner relations, community management, service quality, and the overall resort experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing homeowner satisfaction while working closely with Engineering, Development, Marketing, and BRE teams.
Key Responsibilities
- * Lead the post-delivery homeowner experience across La Hacienda Ras Sudr.
- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding complaints, requests, and community matters.
- Drive continuous improvement across the beach, facilities, kids area, landscaping, common areas, and community services.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Development, Marketing, and BRE to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Lead and develop the community management team, ensuring high service standards and effective follow-up.
- Support homeowner engagement initiatives, community activations, and overall resort experience enhancement.
- Support BRE collection efforts through proactive homeowner communication and resolution of service-related concerns.
- Monitor service quality, identify recurring issues, and implement practical improvement initiatives.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Property Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience.
* Proven coastal resort experience is essential.*
* Experience in community management, homeowner relations, residential compounds, hospitality, or real estate development.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Fluent Arabic and good command of English.
* Willing to be based on-site at La Hacienda Ras Sudr.
