Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Operate, install, maintain, and repair all major rig mechanical equipment and systems.
- Maintain drilling systems including draw works, rotary equipment, Top Drive, swivel, and braking systems.
- Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, air, and fluid systems (compressors, pumps, valves, regulators).
- Service mud pumps, mud circulation, and conditioning equipment.
- Inspect and maintain lifting equipment, vehicles, cranes, and handling systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of water, sanitation, and cooling systems.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily mechanical maintenance activities.
- Implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs (PMS).
- Maintain accurate records using CMMS.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate mechanical crew.
- Ensure compliance with safety (HSE) standards and procedures.
- Manage inventory, budget, and coordinate with other departments.
- Support other teams and maintain effective communication across all levels.
Minimum Academic/ Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 4 years of experience.
