Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Chain Store Operations Manager / Restaurant Franchise Director to oversee multi-store operations, franchise performance, and business growth. The role will drive operational excellence, revenue growth, customer experience, and franchisee performance.
Key Responsibilities
- * Oversee daily operations across multiple stores and franchise locations.
- Develop and implement operational standards, SOPs, and performance KPIs.
- Manage franchisee relationships and ensure brand and service standards.
- Monitor sales, profitability, costs, and overall store performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue.
- Lead, coach, and develop store and regional management teams.
- Support new store openings, expansion, and franchise development.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and company standards.
Requirements
- * Degree in Business, Hospitality, Management, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in multi-store, retail, or restaurant operations.
- Proven experience managing chain stores or franchise operations.
- Strong leadership, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with P&L, KPI management, cost control, and team development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in restaurant, F&B, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
