Role - Business Analyst – Retail Wealth Management & Affluent Banking

Experience: 12+ Years
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Wealth Management / Affluent Banking / Investments to support the development of an Onshore Affluent Wealth Proposition.
Key Requirements:
• Strong experience in Wealth Management / Affluent / Private / Priority Banking
• Strong understanding of Investment Products, Portfolio Management, AUM & Investment Advisory
• Experience in Business Analysis, BRD/BRS, Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping
• Exposure to Client Analytics, Segmentation, Personas & Customer Journey Analysis
• Experience with Digital Wealth / Digital Banking / Investment Platforms
• Experience in Banking Transformation & Digital Wealth Initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication skills
• Understanding of investment suitability, regulations and banking practices
⚠️ Important: We are looking for candidates with actual Wealth/Investment/Affluent Banking domain experience. Generic Retail Banking BAs or generic IT BAs will not be considered.
