Role Description The Application Senior Supervisor (AI Integration / LLM & .NET) is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role oversees the design, development, and integration of AI solutions, including large language models (LLMs), into existing and new .NET-based applications that support Xceed’s BPO operations. Responsibilities include leading a technical team, defining architecture and integration patterns, reviewing code, and ensuring best practices in software development, security, performance, and scalability. The supervisor collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate operational needs into technical solutions, and prioritize the application roadmap. Daily tasks also involve coordinating with infrastructure and support teams, monitoring system health, resolving escalated incidents, mentoring team members, and preparing technical documentation and progress reports.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
* - Minimum 6 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
* - Strong experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, REST APIs, and .NET.
* - Experience with PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server.
* - Knowledge of React or Angular.
* - Experience with Docker, CI/CD, AWS, or Azure is a plus.
* - Hands-on experience with AI/LLM integration and modern software architecture.
* - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
