Role Description The Accountant will manage daily financial operations to support accurate and timely reporting for PRO SIGN 3M Authorized Autocare Center. Responsibilities include recording and reconciling transactions, maintaining general ledger entries, preparing invoices, tracking accounts receivable and payable, and assisting with payroll calculations. The role also involves preparing regular financial reports, supporting budgeting and cost control, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Accountant will coordinate with management to provide financial insights, assist with audits, and maintain organized documentation and filing systems. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in general accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets, with attention to data accuracy and organization.
* Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and cash flow management.
* Understanding of budgeting, cost tracking, and basic financial analysis to support business decisions.
* Familiarity with applicable accounting standards, tax procedures, and local financial regulations.
* Excellent numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with operations and management teams.
* High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
* Previous experience in accounting within service, retail, or automotive sectors is an advantage.
