We are looking for an Account Manager to manage client relationships, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:-
Manage client accounts, maintain strong relationships, and coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.
Understand client needs, prepare briefs, and coordinate with Creative, Design, Production, and Operations teams.
Follow up on branding, advertising, printing, and production projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Handle client feedback, revisions, and inquiries while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Develop client accounts, identify new opportunities, and ensure effective after-sales support.
Qualifications & Requirements:-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Account Management, Advertising, Branding, or Creative Industries.- Experience handling clients and creative/production projects is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Good understanding of branding and production workflow.
Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Client-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
