üíº What You‚Äôll Do:
‚úÖ Manage U.S. client accounts, onboarding, check-ins & reporting
‚úÖ Lead creative teams and manage deadlines & quality
‚úÖ Build and improve SOPs and operational processes
‚úÖ Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks
‚úÖ Manage GoHighLevel CRM, pipelines & workflows
‚úÖ Build automations using GHL, n8n, Zapier & AI tools
‚úÖ Continuously improve systems and workflows
üéØ Requirements:
✔️ 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Account Management, or Client Success
✔️ Experience managing multiple client accounts
✔️ Strong operational and systems-building skills
✔️ Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM
✔️ Experience managing creative teams
✔️ Previous U.S. or Western client-facing experience
✔️ Excellent spoken and written English
✔️ Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
✔️ Comfortable working U.S. Central Time hours
