Role Description The Account Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. In this position, the specialist will manage a portfolio of brand and influencer accounts, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure smooth collaboration and high customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include onboarding new clients, understanding their campaign objectives, coordinating with influencers, monitoring campaign performance, and addressing inquiries or issues promptly. The role also involves analyzing account activity and feedback to improve service quality, preparing reports and updates, and working closely with internal teams to optimize platform features and user experience. The specialist will be expected to maintain organized records of agreements, timelines, and payments while building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
