- Supervision of the use of spare parts, tools, and materials, and monitoring inventory.
- Overseeing routine maintenance of equipment and machines within the workshop.
- Implementing safety and quality standards within the workshop.
- Preparing regular reports on completed tasks, issues, and costs.
- Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and relevant departments.
- Working to enhance workshop efficiency, improve productivity, and reduce costs.
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Workshop Manager or Supervisor.
- Experience in managing work teams and monitoring technicians.
- Good knowledge of maintenance, repair, and operational tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred to have a technical diploma or certification in a related field.
