Job description:
Reporting Lines Job Purpose
To drive sales and revenue by actively managing wholesale accounts, building strong relationships with dealers, ensuring product availability and visibility, executing promotions, and supporting sell-out in assigned territories, under the guidance of the Sales Supervisor.
Main Tasks and Accountabilities
- * Maintain regular contact with assigned dealers.
- Build strong relationships with showroom managers and sales staff.
- Communicate promotions, pricing, and product updates.
- Support dealer training on product features and campaign mechanics.
- Place orders based on dealer needs and stock levels.
- Monitor product availability and reorder requirements.
- Promote priority products and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure adherence to company pricing, terms, and policies.
Main Tasks and Accountabilities
- * Observe competitor products, pricing, promotions, and visibility.
- Identify market opportunities or gaps in territory.
- Report relevant market intelligence to the Sales Supervisor.
- Assist in setting up POS materials, displays, and product demos.
- Ensure promotions and visual merchandising are correctly executed.
- Submit daily/weekly sales activity reports.
- Maintain dealer account records and order history.
- Track sales targets and report progress to the Sales Supervisor.

- * Field-based role (80–90% of working time).
- Daily travel to dealers and retail showrooms.
- Standing, walking, and sometimes lifting marketing materials.
- Exposure to traffic, heat, dust, and variable store conditions.
- Long working hours during campaigns, launches, or peak sales seasons.
- Moderate physical stamina required for territory coverage.
