We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse and inventory operations supporting oil & gas, logistics, heavy equipment, fleet, and industrial operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing warehouse teams, inventory, spare parts, equipment-related materials, and multi-department stakeholders in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, issuing, transfers, returns, and dispatch.
- Oversee inventory of spare parts, tools, equipment, consumables, lubricants, and operational materials.
- Ensure accurate stock records, proper material identification, bin/location management, and inventory traceability.
- Manage GRN, material issue, transfer, return, and other warehouse documentation.
- Plan and conduct cycle counts and periodic physical inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Maintenance, Fleet, Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain optimum stock levels while minimizing excess, obsolete, damaged, and slow-moving inventory.
- Establish and enforce warehouse SOPs, processes, controls, and housekeeping standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of heavy, technical, hazardous, and high-value materials where applicable.
- Monitor warehouse space utilization and optimize storage arrangements.
- Lead and supervise warehouse personnel, allocating workloads and monitoring productivity.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, safe material handling, PPE, housekeeping, and company procedures.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and warehouse KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting documentation.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reduce losses, and improve service levels.
- Coordinate warehouse requirements across operational sites and ensure timely movement of materials and equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of warehouse experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/managerial capacity.
- Experience in oil & gas, heavy equipment, industrial services, logistics, construction, or a similar environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse controls, material handling, and stock reconciliation.
- Experience handling technical spare parts and heavy equipment-related materials is highly desirable.
- Strong ERP/WMS experience and good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of warehouse HSE requirements and safe material handling practices.
- UAE experience is preferred.
