Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Waiters / Waitresses based at Maison Dada in Beirut. Team members will welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages with attention to detail and hospitality. They will ensure tables and service areas are clean and well-prepared, coordinate with the kitchen team on orders, and handle billing and payments accurately. The role includes answering guest questions about the menu and hotel offerings, responding to special requests or dietary needs, and maintaining a calm, professional demeanor during busy service periods. Waiters / Waitresses are expected to support a warm, inclusive atmosphere that reflects Maison Dada‚Äôs creative and community-focused identity.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction and a welcoming, inclusive attitude.
Experience or knowledge in food & beverage and food service, including basic understanding of menus and dining standards.
Clear and professional communication skills, including active listening and the ability to interact confidently with diverse guests.
Basic cooking or food preparation awareness is an advantage, especially for explaining dishes and ingredients.
Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, or boutique hotels preferred.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Deliver attentive, friendly, and professional table service.
Welcome guests and create memorable dining experiences.
Present menus, take orders, and make recommendations.
Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and bar teams.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.

Requirements

Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or upscale hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Strong teamwork and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Good command of English and Arabic; French is a plus.
