Role Description This is a contract, on-site Teachers role based in Mar Elias, with some work-from-home flexibility. Teachers will design and deliver lessons that align with Be Ready’s educational goals, adapting materials to meet diverse learning needs and levels. Daily responsibilities include planning and implementing instructional activities, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records. Teachers will collaborate with colleagues to refine curricula, participate in training sessions, and contribute to a supportive, learner-centered environment. The role also involves communicating regularly with learners and stakeholders to ensure clarity of expectations and continuous improvement in outcomes.
