- * Collect, consolidate, and analyze business data across EMME countries.
- Strong interest in digital and AI technologies, with the ability to leverage them to generate insights, and improve business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools.
- Monitor key business KPIs and identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Support monthly reviews, budget exercises, and strategic planning activities.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.
Market Intelligence & Customer Experience
- * Support market sizing, growth assessment, and competitive intelligence initiatives.
- Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys and Voice of Customer programs.
- Monitor customer experience KPIs and support action plans to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare business and market insights for management presentations and strategic reviews.
Digital Excellence & Transformation
- * Support the deployment and administration of business tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, Medallia and PIM.
- Promote data governance and user adoption across the region.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and business processes.
- Participate in digital transformation and AI initiatives supporting marketing and commercial teams.
Regional Projects Support
- * Coordinate data collection and follow-up for regional initiatives such as budget presentations.
- Collaborate with country teams to ensure alignment and successful deployment of regional programs.
Is this job for you?
- * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Market Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Marketing Analytics.
- Experience in a multinational environment is a plus.
- Ability to travel across EMME countries when required.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
