Unit Leader ‚Äì Sales & Team Management

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for leadership, team development, and achieving results?

We are looking for a motivated Unit Leader to join our team at Fidelity Insurance and lead the growth of a team of Insurance Advisors.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of Insurance Advisors.
Set clear objectives and support the team in achieving sales targets.
Conduct joint field meetings and coach team members to improve their performance.
Build strong client relationships and help identify suitable life insurance and financial protection solutions.
Monitor team activities, track performance, and drive continuous growth.

Requirements

At least 2 years of team leadership or management experience.
Previous sales experience is required.
Proven experience managing a team of at least 4 people.
Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about developing people.

No prior insurance experience is required. Comprehensive industry training and ongoing support will be provided.
