The Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for translating brand vision and global retail strategies into compelling in-store visual experiences. This role oversees the creation and execution of window displays, floor layouts, and merchandising standards across stores to drive customer engagement, elevate brand prestige, and maximize commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate global VM guidelines and marketing campaigns into localized, impactful in-store displays, window designs, and floor sets that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
- Establish, communicate, and monitor visual merchandising standards across all retail locations to ensure brand consistency and premium presentation.
- Analyze sales data, traffic patterns, and product performance in collaboration with retail and buying teams to optimize product placement and visual density.
- Develop clear, comprehensive VM guidelines, seasonal lookbooks, and planograms for store teams and partner locations.
- Train, mentor, and upskill in-store visual teams and store managers on VM techniques, styling, and maintenance standards.
- Oversee the visual setup for new store openings, pop-ups, seasonal launches, and VIP client events.
- Manage the VM operational budget, sourcing props, fixtures, and materials while maintaining strong relationships with external suppliers and contractors. Profile
- 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or a similar creative retail role, ideally within luxury, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in visual Merchandising, Fine Arts, Interior Design, Fashion, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with deep understanding of luxury retail presentation and styling.
- Proficiency in design and layout tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, SketchUp, or specialized VM software).
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance creative vision with sales data and inventory levels.
- Excellent project management, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Physical agility and willingness to travel to store locations as required for rollouts and audits
