Role Description: The Visual Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for shaping and maintaining the visual identity of Ordinary Product across retail and digital touchpoints. This role oversees store layout and visual merchandising, ensuring collections are presented in line with brand guidelines and commercial objectives. The Visual Manager collaborates with design, marketing, and retail teams to plan seasonal themes, window displays, and in-store signage that support campaigns and product launches. Daily tasks include reviewing store standards, guiding store teams on visual execution, monitoring sales data to refine visual strategies, and coordinating photoshoots and content briefs for online platforms. The role also involves training retail staff on visual best practices, maintaining visual merchandising tools and materials, and ensuring a consistent, brand-aligned customer experience.
Qualifications:

- Strong skills in brand management, creative direction, and visual storytelling for both physical stores and digital channels.

- Ability to analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to inform visual strategies and improve commercial outcomes.
- Proficiency with basic design and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, including experience coaching and training store teams on visual standards.
- Relevant education in Fashion, Visual Merchandising, Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, and familiarity with the Egyptian and regional fashion markets, are advantageous.
