Job DescriptionWe are looking for a professional and service-oriented VIP Waitress / Waiter to deliver high quality food and beverage service to high profile guests, visitors and approved patient support areas. The role requires excellent hospitality standards, professional presentation, discretion and strong attention to detail.
Provide professional table, buffet and beverage service.
Prepare and maintain dining and service areas to a high standard.
Support VIP hospitality, private dining, meetings and special events.
Maintain excellent grooming, presentation and service etiquette.
Monitor food presentation, cleanliness, replenishment and temperature.
Follow food safety, hygiene, HACCP and allergen-control procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and respect patient/client privacy.
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth service.
Complete required service, cleaning and handover checklists.
Follow all applicable operational, safety and infection-control requirements.
Job Requirements
High school certificate or equivalent, hospitality certification preferred.
Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, healthcare catering or VIP service.
Food safety/hygiene training or willingness to complete training.
Good spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
Professional grooming and presentation.
Strong attention to detail, teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
Discreet, reliable and culturally sensitive.
Willingness to work roster-based shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
