We are looking for an exceptional Field CTO to join a global, PE-backed, high-growth cybersecurity services organization serving enterprise clients across North America, EMEA, and India.
This is a senior, client-facing leadership role for a cybersecurity executive who can engage with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Boards, shape strategic cybersecurity programs, and translate complex technology challenges into business outcomes.
üîê What You‚Äôll Do
- Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to enterprise clients.
- Lead executive conversations around Zero Trust, Cloud Security, Threat Management, Data Protection, IAM, and Cyber Resilience.
- Support sales, solutioning, and large-scale cybersecurity engagements.
- Build long-term relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, client forums, and thought-leadership events.
- Develop whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and strategic cybersecurity content.
- Translate evolving threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements into actionable client strategies.
- Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to shape deal strategy and drive growth.
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with leading technology partners, hyperscalers, OEMs, and cybersecurity vendors.
- Work closely with internal cybersecurity practices and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.
üéØ What We‚Äôre Looking For
- 15+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in client-facing/advisory leadership.
- Proven experience engaging CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and other senior executives.
- Strong expertise across SOC/MDR, Threat Detection, Cloud Security, Application Security, IAM, Zero Trust, and Data Protection.
- Strong understanding of global and India-specific cybersecurity regulations and frameworks, including NIST, ISO 27001, RBI, CERT-In, and DPDP Act.
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related discipline.
