VEHICLE SERVICE ADVISOR | Musaffah, Abu Dhabi

Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi
Job Type: Full-time | Immediate Joining
Salary: AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month

Responsibilities:
Receive customers and understand vehicle complaints
Inspect vehicles along with technicians
Open job cards and prepare repair estimates
Get customer approvals and give regular job updates
Coordinate with workshop team and parts suppliers
Handle insurance claim jobs and documentation
Explain completed work to customers at vehicle delivery
Follow up with customers after service
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as Service Advisor in a UAE garage or dealership
Good communication skills in English (Arabic / Hindi / Malayalam an advantage)
Basic mechanical knowledge
Computer knowledge (job card / billing systems)
UAE driving licence – added advantage
