Eurisko is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user experience, usability, and human-centered design. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across mobile applications, web platforms, and enterprise solutions.
Experience in Banking & FinTech is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
- Create user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Translate business requirements into seamless, user-centered digital experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and UX evaluations to validate design decisions.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and UI guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across platforms and devices.
- Continuously improve existing products based on user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices.
- Present design concepts and clearly communicate the rationale behind design decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI design, UX thinking, and real-world digital products.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles.
- Experience designing responsive web applications and native mobile experiences (iOS and Android).
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy, and modern interface design.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech applications.
- Experience with complex enterprise platforms, dashboards, and data-heavy interfaces.
- Familiarity with AI-powered user experiences, conversational interfaces, and intelligent assistants.
- Experience with UX research tools, usability testing, and product analytics.
- Understanding of frontend technologies such as React, React Native, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience designing bilingual Arabic/English interfaces, including RTL layouts.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
